Fee schedule
The IOAS is a non-profit organisation
that is committed to provide a quality
accreditation service of high integrity at the lowest possible cost to
organic certification bodies. We are constantly working to improve
efficiency and wherever possible link travel to audits to reduce overall
costs. Nov 25, 2011: IOAS
reduces accreditation fees for limited scope programmes. The IOAS Board
recently agreed that for 'limited scope' programmes such as the Global
Organic Textile Standard, Textile Exchange and the soon to be available
COSMOS (cosmetics) schemes, the annual accreditation fee will change from
being turnover related to a fixed fee. In most circumstances, this will
provide a significant reduction in fees.
This alternative annual fee is available to
those certification organisations who apply to the IOAS for these schemes
only and will not apply to organisations that also wish to include (or
already maintain) any of the general schemes offered by the IOAS such as
IFOAM accreditation and assessments under the Canada Organic Regime or the
European Recognition Programme. The change recognises the generally small
number of operators in these 'limited scope' schemes. Download our fee schedule. If
